These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online store available at turwear.tech (the “Website”) and any related services provided by TUR WEAR (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

All prices on the Website are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes, except for U.S. sales tax which may be added at checkout.
Orders can be placed with or without creating an Account.
TUR WEAR reserves the right to modify pricing, product availability, and other Website content at any time without prior notice.
The Website and all content are owned and operated by TUR WEAR. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

6. Creating an Account

Account creation is optional and free of charge.
To register, provide your first name, last name, email address, and password.
You may delete your Account at any time by contacting us via email.

7. Placing an Order

To place an Order:

Select the desired Product and click “Add to Cart.”
Review your Cart and click “Checkout.”
Provide shipping and payment details.
Confirm your Order and complete payment.
You will receive an email confirmation of your Order.

Once an Order is confirmed, a binding Sales Agreement is created between the Customer and TUR WEAR.

8. Payment and Delivery

Delivery Options

Standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
Delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery available only within the United States

Shipping fees and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

9. Sales Tax

Prices displayed on the Website do not include U.S. state or local sales tax.
Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on the Customer’s shipping address.
Orders shipped to addresses within the State of Florida are subject to a 7% Florida Sales Tax in accordance with state law.

10. Return Policy (14-Day Brand Policy)

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery as part of our brand policy.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Reason for return

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned Product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

11. Returns and Limited Warranty

If a Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery.
Please provide clear photos and a description of the issue via email.
We will review all claims within 14 days and respond with a resolution.

This limited warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Improper use or washing
Accidental damage caused by the Customer
